As a Direct Primary Care clinic, Sentio gets back to the basics of healthcare.

Introducing a new model of personalized care to prospective patients, Sentio’s marketing required concise language explaining how they cure common healthcare hiccups. I focused on clear and approachable language to build trust for this new brand and their refreshing way of doing business.

The home page of Sentio’s website needed to contain the most searched-for information at a glance.

I included plenty of information about direct primary care, highlighting the information people are looking for - benefits, pricing, and testimonials. With compassion-focused photography and a calming color palette, I aimed to show the empathy Sentio embodies. And to encourage great search engine rankings, I used plenty of keywords throughout the copy.

There are so many relatable pain points that the DPC model addresses. On social media, we had an opportunity to highlight these one at a time. Bite-sized content was perfect for helping new audiences digest this new take on healthcare, building understanding and trust in the Sentio brand.
